How to upload

1. Prepare your file using the specs below
2. Use the upload form on this page (or email files under 25MB)
3. For larger files, we'll send you a secure upload link
4. We'll confirm receipt and flag any issues within one business day

File requirements

• Preferred format: PDF/X-1a — print-ready, fonts embedded, CMYK colour, all images 300 dpi at final size
• Also accepted: High-resolution PDFs from Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop; PDFs from Canva, Affinity, or Figma; native AI, PSD, or INDD (zip with fonts and links); high-res JPG/PNG at 300 dpi for photos/simple art only
• Bleed & margins: Bleed: 0.125" (3 mm) on all sides for most products. Safe zone: keep text and important artwork at least 0.125" inside the trim line. Larger format (banners, signs) may use different bleed — ask when ordering.
• Colour: Convert artwork to CMYK before export. Pantone (PMS) for exact brand matching. Rich black: C 60 / M 40 / Y 40 / K 100 for large black areas.
• Resolution: 300 dpi at final size for cards, flyers, brochures, postcards. 150 dpi for large format at full size. Vector (AI, EPS, vector PDF) whenever possible.
