    PDF/X-1a with 0.125" bleed is preferred. We also accept high-res PDFs from Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, and most design tools. Full specs are on our Upload page.

  • Do you offer rush printing?

    Yes — same-day and rush options on many products. Timelines and fees depend on the job, quantity, and finishing. Ask when you request a quote and we'll tell you exactly what's possible.

  • Can you print from my design or design for me?

    Both. Send us your ready-to-print files, or let us design and print in one go so nothing gets lost between vendors.

  • Do you deliver across the GTA?

    Yes. Toronto pickup, GTA delivery, and free delivery on qualifying orders. Shipping elsewhere in Canada can be arranged.

  • My file isn't print-ready. Now what?

    No panic. We'll clean up low-res artwork, fix bleed and margins, convert to CMYK, or rebuild from scratch at an affordable rate.

  • Can I see a proof first?

    Always. Digital proofs come standard. For large or high-stakes runs, we can arrange a hard-copy press proof for a small extra fee.
