Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the questions we get most. For anything not covered here, call 647-458-8928 or send us a message — a real person will get back to you. Service-specific detail is also on each service page.
Call 647-458-8928, email us, or use the contact form on our site. Tell us what you need — product, quantity, size, any deadline — and we'll send a quote the same or next business day.
Depends on the product. Print items like business cards can start as low as 100 pieces. Apparel typically starts at 12 pieces. Promo items vary. We'll always tell you the minimum upfront.
Yes. If you don't have print-ready artwork, our design team can create it — often same-day for straightforward pieces. Affordable rates, quoted before we start.
PDF/X-1a with 0.125" bleed is best. We also accept high-res PDFs from Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva. See our Upload page for full specs.
Bleed is extra artwork that extends past the final cut edge (usually 0.125"). It prevents white slivers at the edge of your printed piece. If your file doesn't have it, we'll add it or let you know how to fix it.
Probably not at full size. We recommend 300 dpi at the final print size. If your file is too low-res, we'll flag it before printing — and in many cases we can clean it up or rebuild it for a small fee.
CMYK for print. If you send RGB, we'll convert it, but colours can shift slightly. For important brand colours, specify Pantone (PMS) codes so we can match exactly.
3–5 business days for most print jobs, 5–10 for signage, 2–4 weeks for websites. Every project gets a specific turnaround estimate in the quote.
Yes — on many standard products (business cards, flyers, postcards, banners, roll-ups) with minimum quantities and files received early enough in the day. Call 647-458-8928 as early as possible to lock it in.
Possible on many jobs. Rush timelines and fees depend on the specifics — ask when you request a quote and we'll tell you exactly what's doable.
Yes. Toronto pickup, delivery across the GTA, and free delivery on qualifying orders in select zones. Shipping elsewhere in Canada can be arranged.

Yes — Toronto pickup is available and often the fastest option for rush jobs. We'll let you know when your order is ready.
Credit card, debit, Interac e-Transfer, and cash for in-person orders. Larger projects typically require a deposit before production.
Most print and signage orders require payment at the time of production. Larger design and website projects typically use a 50% deposit with the balance on delivery.
Because custom-printed and custom-manufactured items can't be resold, we don't offer refunds once production starts. If there's an error on our end (wrong quantity, print defect, missed spec), we reprint at no cost. That's our guarantee.
Yes. Digital proofs come standard on every print job. You approve the proof before anything goes to press. For large runs we can also arrange a hard-copy press proof for a small additional fee.
Yes — once the project is paid in full, you own the final files and can request the source files (AI, PSD, INDD) at no extra charge.
Yes. Monthly maintenance plans cover WordPress updates, backups, security monitoring, and small edits. Sites without maintenance slowly break — the plan is cheap insurance.
Yes. Small business consultations are a standalone service. We'll audit your branding, print, and web presence and give you a prioritized roadmap — you can execute it yourself or hire us for some or all of it.
